"Yes, he seems a bit... odd," she said to her feet. When he asked if she was alright she whipped her head up and plastered her 'professional' smile onto her face. "Yes, quite alright, though you may be right about distraction. I should introduce you to Joe," she said, remembering herself and silently kicking herself for her ridiculousness.
She brought him to Joe's office and opened the door slightly, poking her head in to let the old man know someone new had arrived. He never seemed surprised, it was unnerving. She then let Roger in and shut the door behind him, going back to sit at her desk and go over her to-do list for the rest of the week.
