“Lost?” Alicia pondered that question for a long moment. The easy thing would have been to answer that yes, she absolutely was lost, but was that the truth? She missed her family, sure, but she didn’t feel that overwhelming sense of loss that she had when Daniel died. She didn’t fear for the future. She was in no rush to go anywhere.
