Rating: PG-13 for swearing

Sam landed in the dirt, the wind knocked out of him. Damn but Jake could punch and his super strength wasn’t helping Sam. It took him a moment to pull himself together, struggling to sit up. Jake was coming towards him.
Sam lashed out with his foot, fighting back. If Jake thought he was going to just sit back and let him kill him, he was wrong. He lunged to his feet, getting ready to defend himself.
Jake punched him and he felt the bones in his upper arm break. Sam let out a yell, grabbing onto his wounded arm. The next hit from Jake had him back on the ground. This wasn’t going good. Sam only had visions and there was that one time he used telekinesis… Still, not much good against a guy with super strength.
Sam quickly scrambled to his feet, backing away from Jake towards a trough behind him. At the last moment, he jerked to the side. Jake’s hand got stuck and Sam went at him with kicks since his arm was broken. The last one sent Jake crashing through the wooden fence.
Walking over to the metal pipe Jake had dropped, Sam picked it up and turned. Jake was getting to his feet slowly. Sam clocked him with the pipe and Jake went down, out for good it seemed.
Sam paused. He had the pipe. Jake had tried to kill him. He was the last one left. He could get out, find Dean… Sam raised the pipe above his head. He’d killed demons before.
He hesitated. But Jake wasn’t a demon. Jake was just like him. Jake just wanted to live. And Sam didn’t really want to become a murderer or the leader for some demon army. He dropped the pipe back onto the ground.
Just then, he thought he heard someone call his name from far off. It sounded like Dean.
Sam headed in the direction the voice had come from, hoping it wouldn’t be some sort of trick.
Then Dean came into view with Bobby, both holding shotguns and flashlights.
His brother said his name and Sam stumbled towards them, smiling in utter relief. Finally. “Dean.”
Then Dean’s face changed into one of worry. “Sam, look out!” he yelled, starting to run towards him.
Sam felt someone grab onto his shoulder… and the scenery abruptly changed.
Sam held his left hand up to his eyes, blocking out bright sunlight. He was standing in the middle of what looked like a meadow. What the hell…?
He looked around him and saw nothing but mountains at first. No Dean, no Bobby, no buildings… Wait. He could see a few buildings in the distance.
This wasn’t like before. There’d been no smell of sulfur, no strange anything. One second Dean was yelling at him, the next… here, wherever here was.
“Dean?” he yelled out, looking around for his brother. “Dean! Bobby!”
No answer. “Shit,” Sam swore under his breath. “Not again.” Well. At least he wasn’t in hell… he hoped.
He figured his best bet was heading to the buildings and see if he could find out what was going on this time. Sam set out towards the buildings, confused, muddy, dirty, and with a broken arm.
