Who: Sidney Prescott and Open
What: Arrival Post Scream 2
When: Day 13, 4PM
Where: Inside the Lobby
Rating: TBD
Status: COMPLETE

Sidney slumped into one of the lobby chairs and just watched things happen around her. The day before had been strange enough but meeting Ianto had calmed the worst of her fears (but to be truthful she still had a stick under the matress in her room, the nightmares do linger after all). But her mind was racing with reasons for why she had been pulled to this place mixed with lousy movie storylines. For now she just watched and well she looks like a woman who has seen a little too much thanks to her still too thin and too pale frame and skin. But she had found a simple summer dress in the closet that morning and was trying to actually eat something not from a vending machine.

Felicia strode into the lobby, on her way to the kitchens. It was a little early, but figured it might take a while as she was useless when it came to actually cooking. Hopefully there would be a stack of cookbooks waiting for her, and by hopefully she meant definitely, as the hotel had already shown off its psychic tendencies when it came to their wants and need.

She was dressed casually enough. Black shorts, a Rolling Stones tank top, pair of flip-flops, and her hair pulled in a pony tail. The blond had a very nice tan too, if she did say so herself. Of course, a tan for her meant a sandy, light-brown color, as she sported the fair sort of skin that refused to get any darker then that.

Her gaze fell on the woman slumped in the lobby chairs. Glancing around, Felicia wondered if she was new. She looked miserable enough at any rate, unadjusted to the change kind of thing. Of course, judging by the look of her it was probably more then that -- "Hey, are you new?" She asked, pausing for a moment, figuring it couldn't hurt to say hello. Maybe the girl could cook. Felicia would me more then willing to lend a shoulder in return for not-burnt-food.

"Landed here yesterday, surfside landing and all" Sidney could joke about that aspect of things. "This place just screams movie vibe but then it might be a me thing and I'm Sidney"

"I met someone recently who arrived like that." She chuckled slightly, thinking for a moment on Terry. (not that she knew his name, but she had hung around in his building the other day and got a look at his face when he'd left his room again.)

"I've put up with worse. I was transported to this remote little island once and hunted, so the resort thing is a step up." She figured if she was going to be kidnapped, a hotel with almost anything she could ever want was definitely the way to go.

"I was on the run from a serial killer in a ghostface mask, long enough story. But it was bad enough to cause me to rig a weapon and well I'm still on edge" Sidney admits.

"Killer in a ghost mask? One I haven't heard of." She's met her fair share of crazies in costume. "As far as I can tell you can relax here. Planet thing has issues with killing, and it's been pretty peaceful so far." Felicia offered, not really sure how to comfort someone on edge. Her method, running across rooftops and stealing pretty jewels, wasn't for the average person.

"Can you cook, by any chance?" The blond asked. "I was on my way to the kitchen. We could make somethin' to eat...You could talk about it if you want, or I could show you a few defensive moves." She suggested, punching the air. The girl was too thin, and looked like she could use a decent meal, and after being on the run from a killer -- some company probably wouldn't hurt either.

"I'm pretty decent with a microwave and can make a pretty decent toast, was actually trying to learn to cook when all this started" Sidney put down the magazine. "Guess I need to be used to being around people again and let's just say this was not your average nut in a costume"

"In that case, I guess we can learn together." She smiled and motioned towards the direction of the kitchen when the other put down her magazine. Normally Felicia wouldn't care if the other woman came with, but clearly she was still dealing with the nearly murdered by crazed killer thing, and could probably use some company.

"Oh, trust me, I know. We had killers in Rhino costumes, Vulture, Scorpion, Goblins...Not including creepy alien symbiotes that merged with nuts, made them uber strong and violent and quick." Felicia's world was used to costumed killers, it was easier for her to accept, they were common place.

"Rhino costumes!" Sidney's eyes almost bugged out. "That is a new one, the nut after me wore a long black robe and a Ghostface mask" as she followed the blonde towards the kitchen. "In my world most of those would sound like a bad B-movie storyline or movie of the week goon" she explained and added,"Sidney, got dropped here yesterday or at least I think it was yesterday".

"Oh yeah. He's massive too. Gets all drunk and goes on these tirades." She commented, shrugging slightly at the thought of Aleksei. When you could get him to stop and just have a civil (however brief) conversation, he could be reasonable. He was just pretty gullible is all, and would do whatever for anyone who paid him enough.

"They sound like that in my world too, but they keep on coming." Some of the crap these wannabee villains came up with was ridiculous.

"Felicia, been here a few days too." The blond said casually.

"Like your average crazy guy in the street or something else?" Sidney asked being a bit curious. "But my nut had something against me, never really understood why but most of these sound like movie characters for some reason" as she walked.

"One of the city's usual bad guys. He was mostly brute force for hire though." He wasn't exactly the criminal mastermind, his skill lay in knocking shit own and out of the way. "A friend of mine usually gets the bad guys with the vendetta. Recently his aunt was shot by a sniper after him, and his wife always seems to be under attack. Sometimes it sounds like a movie -- a lot of the time you wish it was. That you could turn it off and go back to your normal, safe life..." She understood that.

"Yikes and I through the nut after me was bad news. Granted whole different mess with each case right?" Sidney observed as they walked towards the kitchen. "So these types are common in your world and in mine are your random nut of the week?" she asked.

"Yeah. I'm just saying, I understand what it's like." She stated, eventually entering the kitchen with Sidney. Food, pots and pans, and a neat little cook book already set up for them. "Yeah. They're all over the place. It getting worse in my world though. We have to worry about the nuts, and then you have the government spitting the good guys -- heroes fighting heroes. It's chaos." This stupid registration act was causing more trouble then it solved. She was almost thankful not to have to deal with it.

"Yikes, in my world that would be the storyline of a bad b-level movie or even a comedy skit" as Sidney came into the kitchen. "But mine was your average nut in a costume, granted he was also a serial killer which only made things worse. He was after me and I still have no clue why I was bait du jour"

"It's always hard to tell what makes those killers tick. Just got to fight back, I guess..." She commented. "First time I was -- attacked." It didn't seem like the right word, and there was some obvious hesitation to be mentioning it. "Afterward, I went out took any fighting class that would have me. Learned about four or five different martial arts forms. I mean, it had already happened, the damage done, but it helped me move on a bit. Make sure something like that never happened to me again, you know?" Felicia left out the part where she'd actually learned so she could get back at the bastard, figuring revenge wasn't a great message to be spreading.

"Maybe you could pick up something like that while we're stuck here." The blond suggested as she started chopping up the food the cook book told her to.
