Who: Riddick and OTA
What: Riddick is pissed and looks for a fight?
When: in the early evening
Where: The fitness center
Rating: Heh right off ,PG13 for language and violence!
Status:Complete

Riddick was very much aware that his new roomie was not there and also aware that Vaako did not approve of the fact that Riddick kept the place dark. But he didn't care really. He didn't even want Vaako sharing a damn room with him but what choice did he have?

What was even odder was the strange and weird emotions the other man brought up in the Furyan not to mention the fact that he made Riddick all confused. And even more the fact that Riddick was actually worried about the Necro's well being. He could not lie to himself and say it was because he wanted to hurt himself because he actually felt something almost akin to guilt for what he had done to Vaako yesterday. And the more he thought the more pissed he became.

Growling, Riddick finally had enough. Sure he could work out in his room but being here reminded him of vaako and he needed to get away. He grabbed a bag with some clothes in it and his glasses and headed out. He didn't mind the rain as it soaked him heading toward the main building. He needed to do something to get out this anger right now. Luckily he found a gym and no one was around so he entered it.

Quickly changing Riddick dimmed the lights so he could go without his glasses and found a bag near by. So using bared fists, Riddick began to take his anger and aggression out on the nearby punching bag. He kept punching, his knuckles raw and beginning to crack. It was only helping him a little.

It had been a full day since he had left the woman he knew as Princess Neptune, and he was still infuriated by it. Because he hadn't had... well, whatever the big traumatic experience she kept alluding to... he must have never known suffering, or sacrifice? And he was nothing but a mere guardian to Princess Serenity? No, the sting of those words had not faded, and he knew it was worse because the girl Michiru was from his own world. A pure stranger could have had any opinion they liked about him, and he wouldn't have cared. Her, though, it was different.

Still, he did need to get over it, and he knew it. Whenever he was really annoyed, there were always two things that worked. If one of them failed him, the other would be his salvation. Reading, studying, hadn't calmed him down. So he'd made his way to the gym, knowing that atheletic activity would always work. Though he was in a bad temper, no one seeing him walk into the place would have guessed it. He appeared just as calm and stoic as ever.

Quickly, he changed into the sportwear the planet had so thoughtfully provided for him, and looked around at the well equipped gym. He whistled softly, impressed. Much better than his gym back in Tokyo. With a sudden burst of activity, the young man attacked a punching bag with a fury that seemed quite out of place on his normally controlled, steady face. Again and again, his fists rained down on the punching bag.

It didn't make him feel much better. After all, the bag didn't attack back. It was no challenge. Her words A guardian before a fighter came into his head, mocking him. He felt like he was proving her right. If he had someone to spar with, that would be ideal. He had some anger to work out.

Of course, he mused to himself as he attacked the punching bag over and over, it would have to be someone strong, or they would have no chance. And, since he wasn't much of one to pick a fight, at leat not a physical one, it would have to be someone much more forthcoming about that sort of thing, and just as enraged as he was. There was another person using the gym, but he paid no attention to them, and stayed well away. He was in no mood to chat.

Riddick growled as he realized a little too late that he was not alone. And that seemed to not improve his mood at all.he punched at the bag until his knuckles began to bleed. He still didn't stop just yet.But eventually he did and pulled back, flexing his busted knuckles and loving the pain that went through him at the action. He moved away to watch whoever else was in here with him.

It was someone he had not seen before, which he wasn't sure if that was a good thing or not to be honest. He just wanted to be alone to get lost and pissed in his confusion at Vaako being here and all the shit that came with it.

Suddenly Riddick eyed the other person with such intensity that it scared him. The man looked to be in good shape and he could probably take himself.Good because Riddick was looking for a fight and well this person was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He moved with such a quickness that would surprise many with his size. He was behind this man in just a few seconds, glaring and stalking around him like a lion stalking his prey. No,he normally didn't pick fights but well he was so lost in anger that he wasn't thinking straight.

"You can beat a bag but can you handle yourself in a real fight?" He asked in a mocking and rageful tone as he looked at the other man waiting for an answer.

He got lost in the act of beating the hell out of that punching bag, and no, it wasn't a real person, but it was as good as he was going to get. He didn't notice as the other person in the room stopped fighting, and watched him. He wouldn't have honestly cared if he had seen it, actually. He still would have ignored him.

Soon, of course, it became completely impossible. His own self preservation kicked in, and he felt someone approaching him. His head raised, and wary blue eyes looked right at the man before he even spoke. The rose that was the focal point for his transformation into Tuxedo Mask was in his pocket, of course. He never went without out. But the habit of keeping his other identity secret was too ingrained in him, and he didn't reach for it and transform. Anyway, what was the point? This was a human, it would be like swatting flies with a rocket launcher. Completely unneccesary.

"Why do you ask? Are you hoping to find out for yourself?"

He turned slowly away from the punching bag, as eager to fight as it appeared the other man was. But he didn't charge him. Appearances could be decieving, and he didn't start fights. But there had been a challenge to the other man's words that he was almost certain was completely serious. Who knew? Maybe he'd get his fight after all.

Riddick continued to circle the other man, slowly, deliberately.Riddick was a fighter, but he never started them only finished them.He had spent most of his life fighting for survival. Never did he fight out of fun.

But right now, he was so angry at so much shit that well he was seriously looking for a fight and well it looked like this man would probably give it to him.Riddick flexed his sore knuckles and moved away from the other man getting into a basic stance. His voice was low, growling and mocking of the other man.Riddick was certainly not a mere human nor mediocre fighter.

"Think ya can give me the fight I'm looking for? I dunno ya look kind of wimpy."Riddick laughed at the other man trying to piss him off enough to get him to strike.Riddick was ready for a fight.

Blue eyes narrowed as the young man took in every detail of the bald man's appearance. He looked like he could handle himself. Strong, tall, muscular, but still, ultimately, just a human. Not on his level. He watched warily for awhile as he was circled, but the other man showed no signs of attacking, just throwing insults at him.

Normally, of course, he wouldn't attack someone just because they insulted him. He would either leave, or insult them back. He'd been known to actually make people cry with his words, and not just Usagi, either. But he didn't feel like getting into a war of words with this man, nor did he wish to leave. He had a lot of anger pent up.

However, not being stupid, he could tell that he was being baited, that he was expected to blindly attack. He was determined he would not behave that way. So he merely smirked, and did something he was sure would infuriate the other man much more than any other insult he could call forth.

"I would give you that fight, and gladly, but I'm not in a good mood right now and I can't guarentee your safety. It would be best for you to run off and leave me to my workout, before you get hurt. You're not in my league, and I don't want to be responsible for hurting you."

With that, he poured salt onto the wound and turned his back on the angry bald man. Pretending to not even be concerned with him anymore, he started beating up on the punching bag once more. However, his senses were mostly focused backwards, to the man he'd turned his back on. Although he did believe he was the better fighter, that didn't mean he discounted the man. He looked capable, at least. It wouldn't do to put down his guard.

Riddick calculated just how many mistakes the other man was making, silently in his head. Riddick again, was not just a mere human and the entire planet might want to be thankful the only rage he was focusing on was his own and not that of an entire race.He thought perhaps with him being here on this planet, the faint glowing hand print that often appeared on Riddick's chest when he was staring to feel what was referred to as"The Rage of Furya"would go away. He had seen it a few times but had been able to control himself and stop himself from giving into it. The other man was also starting a dangerous game that he wasn't sure the other man could oplay. He was underestimating Riddick. Mocking him, turning his back on him.Of course the people here other than Vaako would have no clue about his past. The things he was capable of. The amount of people that had paid the price for doing the very same thing this man was right now.Which he had no plans in telling them. The less they knew the better, because then he would still be one step ahead. Or so he thought.

Once the other man turned his back on him,Riddick mused with a dangerous smirk on his face that normally the other man had just made a grave mistake.Of course that would be just one of many. Underestimating Riddick would probably be the most dangerous thing someone could do. Of course he also knew the other man was trying to bait him, make Riddick strike first.Normally he would as he had no patience. But he wasn't about to lay his cards out just yet.

"Ignorance is still a sign of stupidity no matter what planet you're from,Riddick mused almost out loud on purpose. "You're concerned about my safety?" There was a bit of fake astonishment, a lot of mocking and even amusement in his words and tone now.Clearly the other man had no idea who he was fucking with.Perhaps he should ask Vaako what Riddick was capable of. For a small moment, a frown and guilt flashed across his face as the thought of the other man but he quickly recovered. And why tell him? Let him think what he will. Keep the element of surprise.

Riddick raised a brow and decided if he could once more provoke the man into striking first.

"What's the matter? All talk and no action? If you're so confident I can't hold my own, that you will actually be able to hurt me,why not prove it? Or are you scared that you will actually have to use more than just words to back ya up?"

"Well, the wind is getting loud, isn't it? Must be storming pretty hard out there to make such a noisy wind."

He spoke as if to himself, like there was so one else in the room. Like the bald man who was taunting him didn't even exist, and his words were nothing but loud air moving about him. Of course, that wasn't the case. He was still angry about the way he'd been treated by a woman who should have been his friend, and every single word the bald man said added to that rage. He, however, was very controlled at most times, and this was definately one of those times. Stern, stoic, and about all controlled.

He moved gracefully from the punching bags to the weight section, and picked up a couple of 10 pound weights. Then, he sat down on a bench provided for that purpose, but sat deliberately with his back still to the other man in the room. He was baiting him, he realized. It was a very strange way for a controlled person like him to act. Normally, he would be ashamed of himself. He wasn't, though. He was just focused. Maybe this man would attack him, and maybe he wouldn't. Either way, though, Mamoru would be ready.

Still his body language indicated that he didn't have a concern in the world as he started lifting the weights. He might have been focused on nothing else, unless you managed to catch a glimpse of his eyes. They were narrowed in a sort of concentration that had nothing to do with the simple act of lifting weights.

Patience was not a virtue to this man, this Furyan. And right away seeing that this other man was not going to bend easily, it had Riddick wishing for the submissive ways of Vaako. At least the Commander would fight back, especially if ordered. The last thought had Riddick growling and frowning again. It seemed that his mood would not be improving especially not if he kept letting his thoughts wander to the man who put him in this mood it would seem. This was Riddick was hating this so very much, the confusion was not fitting of him.

Once more the man was turning his back on him and again, Riddick wondered why his patience, what was left had not been ripped away. Taking deep, calculating breaths, Riddick stopped his circling of the other man. What good would it do now? But his silver, intense eyes never left the other man as he watched him like a lion would watch his prey before attacking, once more.

Words were not what Riddik battled with. No, not by a long shot. So why wasn't he striking out at this man now? Why was he calculating what his move would be? The answers that came to mind, Riddick did not like and he wouldn't even acknowledge them. Narrowing his eyes he moved close, standing behind the other man, close enough that his hot breath could be felt upon the other man's skin. He growled out. "You truly don't know who you are fucking with."

He wasn't sure this other person would bend but one thing he did know? If the other man didn't Riddick would and that would not be pretty by any means. Invading his personal space was the last card Riddick had because normally all it took was the mention of his name to make someone start a fight. Here things were different. And his rage and anger were causing him to crave a physical fight to dull and drown out the emotional and mental shit. Not to mention if he didn't busy himself with working out his anger he would go off in search of the cause of this and well right now that was not a good idea.

Mamoru smiled slightly to himself, knowing that he was irritating the other man. Though he usually would have just made a scathing comment and then leave, he was not in a very good mood and was more eager for a fight than he normally would be. He would have attacked by now, except for one thing. He was a warrior, a fighter, and he didn't think it would be fair to beat the hell out of the other man. Of course, he did look fit, toned, and healthy, but still, there was no way he could compare.

"I'm sorry, was I 'fucking' with someone? I hadn't noticed. I thought I was just trying to have a nice workout."

He infused the words with every bit of scorn he could muster up, and being well practiced at it, that was quite a lot. He could feel the bald man's breath on his neck, but he forced himself not to shiver, and not to turn around. He continued to lift weights like that was the most important thing to him, like he had little else to concern him.

Still, his muscles were tense and he was poised, ready to stand and drop the weights if needed. His lack of concern was completely an act, though one he had perfected. He was ready. One of them was going to crack soon, and at that point, they would either leave, or they would fight. He knew he should just leave, stop this situation from getting any worse. And yet, he didn't.

Riddick felt what was left of his patience fade away. Not fade more like melt completely just because the man spoke, dared to look at him them turn away. And in one moment Riddick had seen his eyes and everything he saw just pissed him off. He would not under estimate this man by any means. But Riddick knew the other man would underestimate him and that would be part of his downfall.

Growling, Riddick didn't use words. He didn't need to. He had enough. He would no longer dance around this.If the other man didn't want a fight then that was too fucking bad.He was gonna get one and now. He had enough of playing games.

He moved quickly, his arm went out and grabbed the other man around the waist, pulling him up and effortlessly tossed him back down to the ground a few feet away from the bench he had been sitting on just a few seconds before.Riddick glared down at the other man, glad he had dimmed the lights so he wouldn't have too wear them damn goggles.

"Too fucking bad for you my patience just ran out." Surely now the other man would fight back and well Riddick was more than ready for it.

He had thought he was ready. He had been wrong. There was no way, though, he could have expected that the other man would be so fast. He took him by surprise, having been so sure that he would be able to react if he was grabbed. Still, it didn't take him long to quickly re-evaluate, come up with a different viewpoint of the man he was about to fight, and hit the ground rolling, falling into a crouching position.

"Good. I've been waiting."

With that comment, he launched himself from his position on the floor, tackling the bald man around the waist until he hit the ground. Almost too quickly for the eye to see, he was off him and back on his face, eyes narrowed in concentration as he looked down at him. He no longer made the mistake of thinking this was going to be an easy fight. But that was okay, it was more interesting that way. He dropped into a ready stance, already trying to decide in his mind what the other man would likely do.

"You know, I don't usually fight people without knowing their names..."

Thank God. The man finally reacted and Riddick was glad. He hadn't seen the tumble he would take coming so he hit the ground hard but it only managed to piss him off more. But he didn't lay there for long. he was up, almost flipping to stand back on his feet as he glared at the other man.

His fists balled at his side, still sore and raw from the bag earlier and his one sided fight with Vaako the night before. But he didn't care. He snarled at the guy, laughing almost in a mocking astonishment.

"Never been one to give a rats ass about the name of the person I was gonna fight. But if it makes ya feel better knowing who's about to hand you your ass , the name is Riddick."

He had no doubt this man could hold his own but Riddick had plenty of secrets up his sleeve and his talent for healing quickly, absorbing pain and of course his strength well it was all on his side of course.

He moved quickly, launching himself at the other man and tackling him again taking him to the ground. Riddick was on top of him holding him down, not yet striking him like he would have. He was just glaring at the other man intently.

"And who's ass am I about to hand to them anyways?"

He nodded just a little, not surprised at the other man's quick reactions. He'd as much as expected him to react that quickly, and was glad that he'd read him right. He'd been way off at first, but was quickly adjusting how he saw him. He smiled slightly as he realized this really wasn't going to be the easy fight he'd been expecting.

Before he could really react, the other man had him on his back and was sitting on top of him. Icy blue eyes narrowed, but other than that there was no warning before he twisted free from under the other man and bounded to his feet, bowing half ironically at his opponant.

"Riddick... weird name. If you really want to fight me, I should warn you, I'm a black belt in karate. If you want to reconsider, you should do it now. I'm not going to hold back..."

He knew, however, that Riddick wouldn't back down, that he wouldn't end this fight before it had even started, and deep down, he was glad for it. He meant it, too. Within the bounds of his normal form, the one without the powers and abilities of Tuxedo Mask, he would do his best to beat the living hell out of this man. As soon as Riddick moved, he had a whole series of kicks and punches planned out that might just flatten the bald man.

"Oh, how rude of me. I'm Mamoru Chiba, and I'm afraid you won't be kicking my ass today. Or ever."

He had a Japanese name, but definately wasn't a native of that country. He wondered if, as was quite normal and happened to him all the time, the other man would make some sort of comment on his name.

Riddick was not shocked the other man had thrown him off and was on his feet. And once more Riddick was on his own feet quickly, staring at the other man. He laughed once more when the other man suggested he back out. He didn't know about this karate shit but he wasn't exactly unskilled here.

"I don't back down from a fight.Feel lucky I can't kill you." That was gonna be a challenge.he had never been in a fight where he hadn't killed the other.... except with Vaako. "Fuck.."It was the soft curse that left his mouth as he suddenly launched himself at the other man.He didn't even care about the fact that he couldn't pronounce this guys name.He was pissed because he kept bringing up things that made Riddick think of the other man, even without meaning too he was sure.

Riddick growled over and over as he pushed the man back on the ground and began to quite like he ahd the night before, reign down his lunches on the other man's face, side and chest. His anger, rage and confusion leading him.

"You have a really foul mouth... I'm glad there are no children around to hear you speaking like that. I would have to cover their ears."

The sheer force of the other man's anger drove him to the ground, but before many of those punches could land, Mamoru was sliding down between his legs, slithering free from under him, and aimed a hard, well placed kick to the back of that bald head. He connected, sending Riddick flying.

This was too close, though. He shouldn't be continuously getting the better of him like this. Riddick, he was really starting to think, was not in any way just a normal person. He was surprised to realize he was actually sweating. Amazing. This was going to be a challenge.

"You couldn't kill me, even if we were allowed to. I wouldn't let you."

Calm, seemingly confident, Mamoru walked towards the other man, fists clenched tightly at his sides. He wasn't going to let him tackle him to the ground again, he was determined...

Riddick found the other man very amusing with his words and despite the fact that the kick to the back of his head had him reeling, the hard landing on the floor from the force also had even Riddick needing a moment to regather himself. But it didn'ttake long and Riddick was kicking back to his feet and smirking , highly amused at the other man.

"Where I come from,my language is mild compared to some kids." Riddick laughed once more as he clenched and unclenched his fists at his sides. The man was good,Riddick would admit. And already Riddick was feeling the affects of this "workout." Rolling his shoulders and cracking his neck, Riddick decided to bid his time.He would not make a move this time.

"Tell me something...do you always talk a lot?I mean other than a few basic moves, do ya even know how to fight?" He was hot headed but he refused to make all the moves, wanting the other man to prove himself worth Riddick's time despite the fact Riddick started this.

"You want to see what I can do? As you wish."

The words were gritted out from between clenched teeth. He was annoyed by the constant ridicule he was getting from this man who wasn't even supposed to be a challenge to him. It was part of his fighting style to talk while he fought, always had been. Sure, it was an odd habit, but everyone else he'd ever fought had the same one so he'd never noticed before.

In a rush, the young man flung his body forward in a rush of punches that came too fast to even fully see. As he attacked, he spoke without any strain to his voice, despite the physical activity he was engaging in.

"I just think it's polite to talk to someone, let them hear a human voice before I hurt them."

Time after time, his fists connected with the other man's chest, arms, stomach, and then a roundhouse kick to his side. His foot hit the area of the other man's kidney, a place he knew was very painful and senstive when kicked really hard.

Riddick was never one to talk while he fought. Hell he never really liked to talk when he wasn't fighting either. He had turned his back on the other man just to see what would happen. To bad for the other man, Riddick was very quick and very attuned to his movements. He had no words to say and quite frankly even if he had he wasn't going to say them. He was quickly growing bored with this human if that was even what he was.

Yet, just as Riddick had known the other man had thrown himself at him, knocking the bald Furyan to the ground. The thing that got Riddick was not the force of the launch or the blows but the quickness in which the other man could move. It caught him off guard. He had indeed made a grave mistake in underestimating the other man. It was one that he would pay for, if only for a moment.

Thankfully while Riddick felt pain, it didn't last very long. He never could understand his abilities but right now was not the time to think about it. Gathering himself, Riddick lifted up a leg, placing his knee in the center of the other man's back, rather hard and quickly rolled them. His fist came down hard to the man's chest then moved swiftly to his head and face.

Clearly Riddick had a fetish for marking up faces. It seemed to be his mo. But soon his fists were reaching everywhere they could knowing that at any moment the tables would be turned again. The only sounds he made were growls and curses knowing that would piss the other man off more.

Back and forth, and every time, Riddick was just slightly better than him. He couldn't understand it. He was much better trained, even in his normal, everyday form, than most people. The only explanation, one that didn't really require much thought, was that this man was not normal. Which meant, well, he'd gotten himself into a potentially sticky situation.

Riddick was just a tiny bit faster, just a tiny bit stronger, and he knew in the end, the bald man would win. This didn't exactly please him, but as he saw it, he could take one of three options. Either he could keep fighting and lose, as he was doing now, or he could run away. Or... he could transform. He could do the one thing that might give him an edge in the fight, and change from Mamoru to Tuxedo Mask.

It was risky, of course. He wasn't in the habit of just transforming in front of people he didn't know, didn't trust. But Riddick, he wasn't sure the other man would let him go, actually. If he was going to get out of this without feeling serious pain, he might have no other choice.

There was only a split second to decide, and Mamoru made his choice. Reaching into the pocket of his sweat pants, he pushed Riddick off him. He knew the other man would be on him in seconds, but that's all he needed. The rose came out of his pocket, and his clothing shimmered and disappeared. A light surrounded him, and when it faded, he was dressed in a tuxedo, with a mask over his eyes and a tophat. He was Tuxedo Mask, and whatever Neptune said, he was a fighter.

"There, that's better..."

The strength of his new form filled his tall, muscular body, and he smirked, jumped up high into the air over the other man's head, and landed hard on his shoulders, knocking him to the ground. Before he could be reacted to, he was up and off again, standing on top of the weight benches he'd recently been working out at.

It happened too quickly. Riddick was on top of the other man, seemingly getting the upper hand then once more he was being thrown off. It wasn't one sided nor was one truly winning over the other. There had only been one man who could go back and forth with Riddick and actually hold their own. Each time, it was a miracle to be honest that Riddick was just slightly better than the other man. It could have been age, as Riddick was sure he had more over the other man and certainly more experience. Riddick seriously doubted the kid ever fought unless there was no other choice, where as Riddick had been fighting all his life just to survive.

What happened next had Riddick standing in shock and yes, even amazement. The man was , what in the hell was he doing? One moment he was standing there and Riddick was sure the kid was going to walk away and the next, Riddick was watching as the other man went completely naked and then came back as, what in the hell was that? His voice held a questioning tone as well as even an amazed one as he spoke.

"What the hell...?" Though really he wasn't sure if he was really talking ot anyone but himself. And what would it have mattered. WHo ever the hell this was seemed to be stronger than whoever the hell Riddick was just fighting. The other man landing on his shoulders and knocking him down effortlessly proved that. But Riddick was not weak and once he regained his bearings, almost with animal like grace and speed, he was moving. He would no longer underestimate this new being in whom he was facing. He seemed much stronger than the person he was just fighting.

Quickly though, Riddick was jumping up, bringing his feet out in front of him and kicking the man off the benches, sending him backwards and never missing a beat, Riddick was on top of him no sooner had he hit the ground. He could sense that he wouldn't have the upper hand for too long.

A small smile touched his lips at the other man's response. Maybe now, he'd stop mocking him. The strength and agility of his Tuxedo Mask form surged through him, and he felt ready to take on anything. It was weird, though, that he'd had to transform for someone who was, essentially, just a human. Incredible.

He saw Riddick coming, but the other man was still fast, and he surprisingly didn't have time to get out of the way. He could prepare, though, and this time he didn't hit nearly as hard as he had before. The trick, he knew, was to get to his feet before Riddick could really latch on, and that's exactly what he did. One quick uppercut to the other man's face to stun him for a second, then he was up and jumping onto a freestanding weight machine, slightly over the level of Riddick's head. There, he gestured, produced a red rose from nowhere, and threw it at the other man's face. His calling card, and usually he used it to announce his presence, but this time, he had a different motive.

While Riddick was distracted with the flower, he decided, he would jump down on top of him. As the rose flew towards the bald man, he once more gestured and a walking stick appeared in his hand. For him, it was no mere aid to walking. In his hands, it was a weapon.

Riddick was indeed out of his league and also very disoriented. This new foe he was facing was clearly not the same foe he had been facing less than 10 minutes ago. It was odd, very strange and he wasn't sure what would come next. he did not however fear this man or the situation nor was he going to back down. he just had to be careful.

His face was hurting and he could feel blood trickling down from his lips. His tongue darted out to clear the red, metallic substance from his lips. He regained his bearings quick enough and looked at the other man,an evil smirk upon his face.Until a rose was thrown at him. He had no way of knowing this was normal for the other man.

"What in the fuck?" He asked in disbelieve as the rose bounced from his hard chest and landed soundlessly on the ground at his feet. Riddick lifted his leg and brought the heavy boot down on the offending flower crushing it beneath his boot.

It was the next move that caught his eye. A wave of the hand and something appeared within that very hand.Oh hell no, Riddick would not stand there as the other man yielded a weapon. Quickly and soundlessly, the Furyan moved too the bench in which he had laid down his holster and withdrew his blades.Maybe an unfair fight and truthfully Riddick didn't need a weapon to fight even against another. But it raised the stakes and made it more dangerous.

His heart was beating quickly as he felt the Rage building up within him.It was a powerful weapon but one he refused to unleash because he could not control it nor master it.

With an almost mocking glare at the other man,his lips curved in a sick, twisted smile. He moved back toward the other man, gripping his blades in his hand at his sides.

"Now you're talking my language." he gave pause and raised a brow at the other man. "But are ya sure ya want to go there?"

As a distracting ploy, it had been less than completely useful. He hadn't expected the rose to injure the other man, that wasn't what it was about. Normally,it was his calling card, his way of announcing that he was around and ready to fight. In this case, though, all he'd wanted to do was distract the man. It didn't work. In fact, it made things much worse.

At first, Riddick had been winning, just by a little bit. His transformation changed everything. Now, the bald man had a set of very sharp looking knives, whereas all he had was a simple walking stick. Were things about to change again? He wondered suddenly if they were going to find out what happened, what the planet did, when someone killed someone else. Eying the sharp knives warily, he wondered if he could possibly get the better of the armed fighter beneath him.

He wasn't going to stop, though. To be honest, it felt kind of nice to get into a fight like this. Helped him work all his frustrations at being treated badly by the one person he knew here, and even at just being kidnapped at all. No matter what the outcome, as long as he wasn't actually killed, he thought he would probably feel better for the fight. First, though, he had to survive.

As Riddick threw the mocking comment his way, Mamoru responded with a slightly ironic nod of his head. As he jumped down off his high perch and started his descent towards the other man, he wielded the walking stick like a club. He landed hard on him, smashing the stick against the other man's upper shoulder area before landing lightly on his feet, and standing guard.

"I accept your challenge, then, though you are barely a worthy opponant. Begin!"

There was no way Riddick would have been able to know that the walking stick was just that. He was a man who was always prepared. And when a weapon was brought into the focus, he would not be without his own. Of course he could fight without them and well. Hell he had killed men with his bare hands. He frowned remembering the fact that he could not kill here. He wondered though what would happen if he did. It couldn't be any worse than the hell he was already in.

"Begin? Don't think I asked or your permission." He paused as if thinking , trying to remember if he had." In fact I am sure I didn't." Once more his voice and tone was mocking. He moved closer, the blades firmly in his grip. He wouldn't use them unless he had to, he told himself.

But oh what a fight this was turning out to be. It was going back and forth and this foe was worthy in many ways. Riddick smiled sickly wondering just how far this would go. Who would walk away hurt more. Of course he would heal. He was already starting too but he would never let on that he was.

He circled the other man, his silvery eyes on him intently. He swung the blades in his hand before putting them back in their holster on his hips. He lunged at the other man, once more knocking him down hard to the ground. Only thing time he didn't punch him, Riddick simply moved off of the other man and glared down at him.

The blow to the head hadn't affected the other man as much as he'd thought it would. This was not as easy as he would have thought, even transformed. He was sore and aching from the numerous punches the other man had gotten in, and he knew he would be black and blue with bruises tomorrow. With a snap of his fingers, the walking stick disappeared, just in time for him to be knocked down again. It seemed to be a favored tactic of Riddick's, and maybe he could use that against him...

Once again, he slid out from under the other man, just before he got a lock on him. Blue eyes were faintly mocking as they looked up into Riddick's silvery ones, and he shifted himself over by the solid steel weightlifting bench. One more thing was needed... he just had to get Riddick upset enough to charge him. He made a wild guess as to why the bald man was so enraged, and went with it. It was a long shot, but...

"Whoever you love, whoever's got you in this state, you aren't good enough for them. You don't deserve them. It's better that you fight me than waste your time on something so hopeless."

Just as he'd hoped, the bald man snarled and charged at him. He waited until the last minute, like he was going to engage in an old fashioned Karate fight with him, but at the very last possible second, he jumped out of the way, over the sets of weights, and off towards the door. Riddick's head slammed into the solid bench, and hopefully, it would daze him for long enough that he could make his escape. The knives had changed things for him. He just wanted to get away without being hurt... or without being hurt further, if truth be told. He was sore over every part of his body, and this human had put him through his paces more than anyone else he could remember.

As he made his way to the exit, he had to admit to himself that this wasn't a victory. It was a strategic retreat. He didn't truly know who would win if they had fought to a standstill, but it might not have been him and that scared the hell out of him. He opened the door, and looked over his shoulder for just a second.

"A word of advice, my amateur friend. Do not allow your passions to control you. Control them instead. Farewell."

With that, as he had done so many times after fighting to save Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Senshi, he disappeared through the door, letting it close behind him. His Tuxedo Mask outfit shimmered and altered into his workout clothes he'd been wearing before, and without any further ado, he headed towards his room. A shower would be just what his sore body and aching muscles needed.
