Plotting Post - March
This is our monthly plotting post! Here you may propose ideas (for your characters & their CR, or on a more game-wide scale), try to seek out CR for your characters, ask for suggestions for things you'd want to play out or ways to do it, gather participants for specific ideas you might have planned, and so on.

You may also ask us mods about any doubts regarding upcoming events, propose themes for new posts, sort out jar shenanigans, and anything else.

Our upcoming mod and player planned events are the following:

Possible event suggestion!

Instead of a power swap, how about a mentality/feelings swap? As in, the characters remain themselves, keep all their powers and memories, but their basic outlook on/attitude to life, their dominant feelings get swapped with someone else's.

Say Yuuri and Sakura switch with each other. Yuuri still practices skating and loves Victor, but rather than stress over how he's not good enough and worry that Victor will lose interest in him, he goes about his day with a sunny "everything will surely be all right!" attitude. Sakura, meanwhile, has sudden bouts of anxiety and jealousy.

...This is a little hard to pull off if you're canonblind to each other's canons, but I think we're by and large pretty familiar with each other's characters to make it work. Instead of a "you swap with one character for the duration of the event" it could be more of a "you switch for a short while with whoever happens to be nearby" event.

For the record I am well aware this is just a dressed-up version of the Personality Switch Event. Rp like it's 2000.

	This is a really cool idea, and I think works really well to be kind of an updated version of the personality swap event-- I was just telling JL the other day that I wanted to start updating more of our old events. Gotta get that retro rp flavor back!!1 (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Two ideas which I'm not sure when to play: 1.- The insult/praise event I mentioned elsewhere. Basically people end up unnecessarily complimenting/insulting others in regular conversation. 2.- We need to bring back the sickness event, we need our drama. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

I recently updated our replayable list (baby teeny as it is) and it reminded me of a lot of past events I'd love to see adapted and/or rehashed:

- Lost feelings (cause trash)
- Numb event (... cause trash...)
- Bloody hands event (CAUSE TRASH) and/or ghost wounds
- Marriage event (do I even have to say now that all my choices are motivated by trash?)
- Love hurts event
- Shattered sight event
- Jealousy event (or any number of the intense feelings events, fuck around with your heart events, etc)

Seconding wanting the sickness event and I love the insult/praise idea.

Also, you know I'm a sucker for events that deal with different types of candies and/or flowers affecting people in different ways. I'm always all for those.

	Oh, and I also liked the glass panel event. But I know that one's relatively recent in comparison to the others. Most of the characters currently in MC would remember it. BUT I STILL WANT IT. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	+1 for all of these, especially bloody hands and ghost wounds. We talked earlier about possibly doing an (optional) transfer version of the ghost wounds event, if I recall correctly. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Comment here if you have an upcoming post or plot that you'd like listed in our Calendar/added to the monthly event list. It doesn't have to specifically match the month itself, if you have something planned ahead of time! (Reply to this)
