[Good thing Sebastian's here, then, to care about what's important: not ruining his master's furniture.
Once Ciel is out of sight, Sebastian takes that momentary privacy to just... take a few deep breaths. Damn everything, but it hurts. His head's swimming a little, too-- supposedly that's blood loss or... whatever else it is humans can't handle about being wounded.
He can't possibly allow himself to bleed to death, however (or worse, faint or something equally humiliating), and so sets about removing his suit jacket, vest, and shrugging out of as much as his shirt as neccessary... Ugh, the fabric is almost glued to his skin from all the blood.
He's also painfully (ha ha) aware of how Ciel is now out of his sight, in a whole other room from him, and should something happen now there are several metres that Sebastian would need to cross, instantly, to reach him. He keeps his ears (pathetically non-sharp as his hearing currently is) trained on the direction where Ciel went. If necessary, he will run on this blasted foot; there's no alternative to that.]
