Emily needed to make sure Juniper wasn't going to say anything to anyone about what had happened during their chance encounter last week. Granted, she had denied the whole event even took place, but she didn't need some nosy newcomer running around asking people questions about her ability. The same ability that only a very tiny select few knew about. She didn't need every single person within the carnival knowing what she was capable of and to be quite frank, she wanted to keep it that way. After quickly scribbling down a note, she marched her way towards Juniper's tent and slipped the wrinkled piece of paper into one of the girl's puppets' mouths before hastily walking back to her own tent. Hopefully without being seen.
Juniper,
You didn't see anything last week. Nothing. Got it? I highly doubt anyone will ask you questions, but don't go running your mouth to anyone either. Please.

It definitely didn't sound as polite as it could have, but it was the best Emily could do. It was her own strange and closed off way of asking the other girl to keep it a secret. Nevermind the fact that it sounded more like a warning than a request.
