{ w h o } Chance and Luc. { w h a t } Regarding this. { w h e n } Monday.
Dr. Wheeler:
You'll have to excuse the lateness of this letter, but some of us actually do our jobs around here.
It has come to my attention that you provided Mr. Fischer with a contrived cure for his ailments under false pretenses. For you to take advantage of Mr. Fischer's trust in you as a doctor and a colleague was completely irresponsible and utterly unprofessional. Mr. Fischer could have well very have come to harm in his intoxicated state. It's fortunate for you that he did not.
If I ever hear about you deceiving another member of the carnival in such a manner ever again, you can be sure you will be making your own bandages out of old shirts and twine. I will not provide real medical supplies to someone will not behave like a real doctor.
Looking forward to never hearing about this again, [Chance's signature is scrawled here]
