Fisher hadn't been exaggerating when he'd said James scared him. The man was terrifying. Fisher knew that he could do some serious physical damage, and at the rate the two of them were bonding, he'd be able to do a hell of a lot of psychological damage as well. The laugh made Fisher nervous for a moment, until he was certain that it was a good one and in no way maniacal.
Shivering at the touch, Fisher looked down at the hand on his chest. "It feel like... like someone is pushing on the biggest nerve of your body, and everything kind of washes away and it's just..." He looked up into James' eyes, breath ragged. "It's just intense. Like lighting is tearing through you." Every muscle flinching where James touched, Fisher held his breath a moment before leaning in and kissing the other man, a hesitating hand softly resting against his chest.
