"That ain't what I meant." But he wasn't going to go into details about what he did mean. Truth be told, out of all the shrinks that Rez had had, Riley annoyed him the least. And even though he hadn't really been able to help him much with what everyone else said was his problem, namely because it wasn't a problem at all, he'd been able to help him deal with some of the other shit from his past that went back deeper and further than the surface-based shit that had landed him in a nuthouse to begin with. So maybe it was for the best that he stick around.
"Never know. She might've. And yeah, I bet you are." He smirked a little, but the smirk soon turned into a scowl as his feet were pushed off of the desk. Kicking him lightly in the shin, more of a nudge than a kick really, Rez propped his feet back up. "Don't push me, dick." He was trying not to grin, but the other man would probably be able to see it in his eyes. Just like he'd be able to tell that Rez was kinda checking him out now that Riley was a little bit closer and he was a little more calm.
