There was a huge benefit to being a beautiful woman when it came to this sort of work. Most of the time, she was able to get things done the easy way simply because of it. Sometimes that didn't work out, especially when she was working with the girls in places like this, but for the most part, the boys were much more well-behaved for her. Perhaps that was why she had such a preference for it. "Thank you," she said softly, and then reached forward to roll his sleeve up.
"Looks like you were already taking care if it," she remarked as she slipped the bandaging off. The cut wasn't that bad, but it was obvious it was done with something a big jagged, definitely nothing sterile, which was why it was so important to clean it. "Mirror?" She had seen it all in places like this. People even went as far as to use their toothbrushes after they'd sharpened them against something. Plastic was really painful for cutting though. She'd been stabbed by one of those once and that was not something she'd care to have happen again.
Jane did her best to keep her expression neutral yet soft as she opened her bag to retrieve what she needed. "This is going to sting a little," she warned him before applying the antiseptic. She even leaned in to blow on it lightly, just to take the edge off, before applying the bandage. Fingertips smoothed over the edges where the tape held it in place before she offered a smile. "There. That wasn't so bad, was it?"
