James was, at this point in time, oblivious. He didn't care about eyes on him, didn't care about how he sounded or what the other man was thinking, didn't even care if the nurses took offense as long as they didn't make him stop. It felt damn good, and this was exactly what he'd needed after the night he'd had last night. He always had a slight bit of pain in his back really, most likely from all the abuse he had taken growing but, but this place just made it worse.
And then he hit a tender spot. James hissed out a wince, his entire body seizing slightly as he pulled quickly forward to get away from the momentary pain. But he quickly relaxed again and glanced over at the other man. "Don't stop." Eyes scanned him for half a second before he looked away, forehead back against his palms once more. And after he'd resumed what he was doing, the man decided to compliment him. "You're pretty good at this."
