The poor kid had probably had such a fucked up life. Between his mother being the way that she was and his dad being a fuck up who hadn't been around for most of his life, the kid probably needed a damn shrink. How old was he now, even? Rez couldn't really remember. He'd been far from a baby before Rez had ever met him, and even less of one when he'd seen him last. Shit, he was probably more than halfway to grown up by now.
Rez looked down after Riley leaned in to kiss his jaw, looking at their hands that were still interlaced as he gave it a moment of thought. "Sign 'em," he finally said, looking back up at the other man. "Just do it." He then leaned forward to rest his forehead against the other man's chest, closing his eyes. He was quiet for a long moment before he softly said, "I think I wanna go back to my room now." He needed to be alone.
