With Halloween just a couple weeks away (and, oh, yes, my sweets, an event is coming! More information to follow soon!), those strange rumors and dreams you've been having over the past six weeks or so? They are going to only become stronger. If your character has a sense of disquiet, it's only getting worse. They may have vivid fantasy-like dreams of doing things they normally wouldn't do, no matter how tempted they might be. Those of you who are psychically-inclined? You might even get occasional intrusive mental images of those closest to you behaving in dismaying ways. Bizarre crimes will be popping up in the news, mostly of people doing very unexpected things. These will mostly be concentrated in the areas near the epicenters, but the effect will be felt all over.
