Aphrodite shrugged as she tucked the rose back into the vase. "More or less, depending on the details of their parentage," she answered, "They are, after all, young gods."
"Makes sense. I guess." He settled back into his chair and rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "I'm still trying to get used to all of this. I mean... I had the name in my head for a while and I always, you know, did certain things but..." He shrugged. "To be a god is kinda out of the ballpark."
