wooow, splendid and razorsharp analysis of the case. and very witty too.
A little bit shocking to see the Prydain Chronicle similarities, but then literature characters seldom come complete out of the blue. And hard as it seems today even JKR didn't live under a rock and is likely influenced by the construction of that serie. Think I am gonna read that work.
Dunno if you said your thing at F_W, but you probably get your head shot off for an independant opinion. considering the three hotlinks given, you already know:-) When I launched my hypothesis that JKR most likely drained herself completely after HP and that may be the reason for her erratic behaviour at TLC my head was paraded on a spike at F-W. But it still nags me that I cannot get my nails after what this woman is so afraid of. There was a moment in the BBC docu " A year in the life of JKR" where she draws that map of the post DH generation, not in a mood of - heh, look at this! I am bubbling over from ideas what happens after DH -, No more like - I have to show it because others fill it in when I don't do it- " It's my world " almost pleading. Why is this woman so afraid that world can be taken away from her? In retrospect it sounded as the first note of a lamentation that ended last Monday with a statement read to the press in front of the courtroom.
When she looses this case, she likely will a trainwreck for a long period, but although 90% of her "true" fans will blame Steve and RDR. I say she brought that on herself.
