Holy heck! That was so, so gorgeous! Such a wonderful, charming love plot, that suddenly turns into a tale of manipulation and betrayal in mid-fic, and then the wonderful, forgiving resolution.
I loved Draco, both manipulator and victim of his own desires, and adored Harry too much for words! He was so swept away under the potion, so angry and desperate after, and I loved how he came out of it in the end - understanding Draco's motives, able to forgive because the potion made him do what, given time, he'd have felt anyhow, and refusing to let go in anger. Wow. Absolutely gorgeous, with a brilliant title. The title line, in the fic, was beautiful and fitting.
And I also enjoyed your vision of Durmstrang immensely, and their nuanced and un-stereotyped approach to the Dark Arts. On second thought, it wasn't just Draco who'd been acting in bad faith there - Harry's own 'mission' meant a betrayal of trust, so there *was* an element of turnabout in the Erotaserum...
It was the sort of long fic I tend to put to the end of my reading list just for time reasons, and then end up kicking myself for not reading earlier because it's so good. And this is certainly among the best of this year's fest! Thanks for writing such a gem!
