I liked this a lot! I realized, reading it, that I'm a sucker for AU fics in which Voldemort controlls the castle and Harry's in his control, especially when Snape's involved. (And there aren't very many of these, so thank you for adding a good one to their numbers!)
"No," Snape said, finally understanding what Harry was trying to say earlier. "I don't need to stop and you don't need to turn around. This was one of the best lines in the story. Understand, Harry, that sex is more than one person taking the other. I really liked that part, and you wrote it very well.
And I loved Harry's conversation with Snape in the Headmaster's office.
The entire piece had a slight otherworldly feel to it, not in the wizardly way that JKR's universe actually doesn't, but in the way life would if Voldemort had taken over for two years and one of its participants was being drugged into an alternate reality, and the other was collaborating in the process and knew it. It showed up in the way the new Harry propositions Snape, in what he expects out of life, and in the way he deals with the return of his memory. I liked the overall tone a lot, especially when it was strongest, before the last battle. Thanks for the fic!
