Soon they're waking up on the side of the road. Charles isn't sure but he thinks he saw a dark figure bending over both of them before it takes off running. His head is aching, especially near the back of his neck.
He groans and reaches out with one hand, finding Erik's arm. "...Erik...Erik, wake up..."
