Cedric wasn't exactly keen on manning the front for the Healers on duty. Not on a Saturday anyway. But his trainee was coming off the graveyard and that meant showing a good example and-- as a mentor, bringing her breakfast. It wasn't much, not like he would have when there were options and, Helga, choices when it came to such things but a meal was a meal and most importantly, fresh coffee. Two cups and plates balanced perfectly in one hand, he pushed through the door and, spotting Rowan, he lifted his head in a signaling motion before gesturing toward the plates and coffee in hand.
"I come bringing food but more importantly, coffee," he chuckled as he closed the distance and set the plates and cups down. The coffee was large and still steaming, Cedric digging a corked bottle of creamer from his pocket and setting it down next to the cups. "I know it terrible," he muttered. "The shift, not the coffee." Cedric smiled then. It was good he had found someone to talk his love of coffee over with and more importantly, pass along what he knew of healing when they so desperately needed more hands on deck.
"Any trouble last night? Or did you fall asleep at the desk? Did that the first month I had a graveyard. It's rough."
