Lothiriel's eyes became big when the little girl started crying. They need to each out and touch her comfort her was so strong, but she held back. This was a time where quick movements and actions were to be avoided with any of them. Then she said what she did and Lothiriel's eyes got even bigger, my what had the poor little thing seen, or been put through. Her forehead furrowed with worry. "Are those little ones okay over there?" She asked softly right before the baby started with the DADA calling. She almost burst out laughing, but didn't as she didn't want to startle the little girl. "I am not going to be hurt little one," she finally said to the girl, and chanced to put her hand out and stroke her back softly. "Eomer wouldn't allow either of us to be harmed. Okay? Your safe now, as long as you are here with us." She smiled kindly, though really any child could probably see she wasn't very well herself, but she wouldn't die from her illness. She was stronger then that.
"I think you are the popular one tonight," She cooed at Eomer. "Think you can hold both of them?" As Eomer bent to pick up the baby, and once again tears threatened to fall from Lothiriel's eyes as she took in the sweet picture of her husband holding to little babes. Her mind going to what he would look like holding their children, and she sniffed loudly, with emotions flooding her, but instead of sad emotions, these were happy emotions. She hadn't felt this happy since Eomer left. She turned away as the tears came falling from her eyes, so she wouldn't upset the little girl from confusion.
When she gained control of her emotions again she turned, and with still emotions in her voice said, "You look so handsome at the moment."
Wedia stood, feeling like she needed to leave. She liked what was happening, and was hoping, like always, that Eomer was the best medicine for her young lady Queen. She curtsied, and then said, "Yes, I will do what you have asked, if it helps." And then left out the door, she knew later on she would more then likely be asked by Lottie what she had been talking about, but she wouldn't say. At least not yet.
