Megan was raised in a Christian orientated village. There was a local church, and she usually went to their Sunday service with her gran or her dad, but there was nothing forced upon her. Generally, as with most of her neighbours that she knows, she believes some things are God's work, but doesn't go so heavy on the "bible bashing". As for not being sure on what's going on, when is Megan ever sure? The cosmos... well, she has plenty of questions, most of which shouldn't ever leave her mouth! And that was a pretty confusing ramble, sorry. I lost the ability to be coherent an hour ago. |

All my characters are atheists, or at least non-religious, mostly because that was the way they were raised. However, since they're old enough to make up their own minds here's what they think about the subject: Draco thinks that believing in a god is a silly Muggle superstition. Romilda is far too materialistic and self-centered to have any time for spiritual things (and she doesn't like all the rules that religions have). Susan is maybe the most spiritual of my characters. She was interested in Buddhism at one point, but gave that up since she kept failing to follow the Middle Way (as we all know, Susan is very passionate and stubborn when it comes to her opinions). She also believes in some kind of afterlife where she'll see her aunt and uncle and cousins again after she dies. |
