Wednesday after Glee rehearsal, Dec. 14, 2011 Rating: PG....can't really say how they'll interaction will turn out since this is our first thread together. but we'll try to keep it 'clean' ;)
Will wasn't fully there mentally to pay attention to what was going on with Glee rehearsal. Yes he knew Sectionals was coming up at the end of the week, but he was so distracted by Emma and her well being. Luckily Mike took it upon himself to lead the club through some dance moves and routines. They had some ideas for songs (they just needed to narrow it down) -- a medley to the legendary Jackson family. They needed to set the tone for choreography now. During that time, Will was messaging Emma to see how she was doing. He was still worried about her from the previous night. And plus to check up on her knowing she just got done with another therapy session. He hated this type of distance between them.
Once Glee ended, he quickly headed home collected a few things for an overnight bag (just in case), made a quick stop to the store and then headed over to Emma's apartment. He was really nervous though especially since it had been weeks since he was over there. Let alone she was in a cleaning mood all night. He could only imagine how it looked. He found a parking spot easily outside of her building and took in several deep breaths before exiting the car. He finally got out after a few minutes and headed up the stairs to her unit.
He knocked on the door and took a step back. He wanted so badly to cheer her up. To see a smile on her face. To actually just hold her and cuddle with her...if she allowed it. He knew she needed that sort of human contact. At the same time he was actually pretty exhausted since he didn't really sleep a wink from the previous night either. He was too worried about her. Was that wrong? He looked at the single rose he held in his hand, a small gift of comfort, and took in more deep breaths as he waited.
