Rhiannon Harris @ 6:08pm | 7-25-2017 It totally makes sense, psychologically. (I asked Russ.) Did you know that "girly" drinks have a higher alcohol content than so-called "manly" drinks? Fun Fact: In ancient Eygpt, beer was made almost exclusively by women. That's something I learned when I was doing some research on the origins of fermentation and the differences between ale and beer. In the spirit of full disclosure, I tried making beer and ale with varying degrees of success (see: failure). Now I know I didn't miss my calling as a breweress. I did make mead once though! It wasn't terrible. I served it during a DnD session and I'm proud to report that no one died! So, yay. But yes, I'll let Con know. |
