Re: Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree
"Hi baby boy!" She said, suddenly. She'd been toddlered. Eva grinned and held out her hands to shake Kellan's, and when he was placed down and she'd entered, she looked to Ronan for a moment and smiled. "You do too," she said, then handed off the bag of food to Ronan so she could scoop up Kellan. "Look at this," she said, and pointed to the Murphy's tree. It suddenly became lit with twinkling, colorful bulbs, as if by magic, and he gave a few impressed claps before Eva kissed him and sat him back down so he could continue terrorizing. Like ya do. She turned back to where Ronan had pointed and followed after him, the smell of food and the presence of Mars beckoning her into the dining room. "Waffle sticks, as promised," Zap said, almost dismissively. She made eye contact with Ronan while her hands grasped the back of a chair. "You really do," she said. Swallow. "Look great." It stung a bit that she couldn't remark on how he felt. No hug or exchange... things were stiff. It wasn't natural. "Is anyone else home?"
