Re: Dishabile
When Nathaniel approached, Thor sighed, but it wasn't directed toward him personally. Thor had sighed at the thought of Nathaniel more than the actual person. Nathaniel's robes and a heavy book gave Thor the impression that he might be a downer.
Thor found a large bucket of cold, clean water and washed his hands vigorously to remove the sweat and metal residue. A small towel appeared on his shoulder, and he used the conjured cloth to dry his paws, then offered the towel to Eva with a smile. "Okay, on with it."
Vibe effectively wrecked, Nathaniel smirked ever so slightly at his counterparts. "Perhaps this is a moment to work on my people skills," Nathaniel recalled several encounters with Troy. "I love what you are doing here, but we should rethink our approach," Nathaniel said, and his eyes followed Eva's lovely face to see her reaction.
"Ew. That's worse." Thor's arms found Eva's shoulders, and he started mindlessly massaging her. The contact with his wife steadied his feet and helped calm him.
Nate rolled his eyes but knew he had to speak quickly before Thor's hands moved Eva's brain further away. "You knew someone that defeated the Celestial. Your father."
Thor's brow furled, and his forehead dropped to Eva's back, between her shoulder blades. "This is about the Odinfoce."
"This is about the Odinforce." Nathaniel echoed the fellow stubborn king. "I don't understand your hesitation. You've had access to the full well of Odin's power since he passed, and you haven't claimed it." Nate added and made a conscience enough not to sound too power-hungry.
