Re: Indemnity
She had that way about her, didn't she? Yes, she did. Lochlan's eyes remained fixed on the dream weaver, still committed to seeing Gael punished for her transgressions.
She deployed her charms with the precision of a Prince guitar solo, and the taller half of Beverly could feel his resolve waver. Lochlan's expression softened, possibly due to the way her eyelashes bounced when she said "activities," or the fact that despite being worn, her clothes still had a lovely scent of Gael about them. The familiar longing he often felt from being alone with her returned and his current definition of punishment changed rapidly in his mind.
"Yeah. You will." Help pick up that was. "Because your closet is empty." Lochlan put on a brave face, but she'd already won. "Oh, grab that shirt. That's my favorite." When Gael's attention was momentarily diverted, Lochlan allowed his arm full of clothes to fall away. He instead collected the wee garment sharer and quickly placed her over his shoulder. With Gael snatched, Lochlan left her room and carried her over to his room... or was that her closet? He kicked the door closed and tossed her onto his bed like a clean bag of laundry. "Let me show you what's left in." He pulled off the stolen shirt and then stepped out of the burrowed shorts. Lochlan's closet, the actual closet, sat empty and he used his knees to walk onto his bed, next to Gael. "Oh, you left one thing." He said and then snapped the waistband of his underwear. "Did you need these too?" His hands grabbed at her ankles and pulled her closer.
