"Italian. Little on the nose, don't you think?" Forge said after he'd entered the private dining space inside the restaurant. Jon moved around the table to the seat he'd decided would be his, on his daughter's right hand side. "May I, Godmother?" Forge asked but didn't actually wait for an answer before he sat. "I thought we were meeting at the manor," Jon asked the second question, which he actually wanted an answer to. A waiter approached the older man with a wine list and Forge motioned him away. The Cheyenne didn't feel like drinking yet, maybe after he heard what this librarian wanted to say.
Nathaniel entered the fairly upscale restaurant, happy that he'd stopped home to change from the clothes he'd worn at the library. The maitre d' was assisting a couple when Nate entered, so he hovered by the front until the man was free. The atmosphere was fine and the aroma actually made Nate's stomach growl, since his arrival he hadn't stopped for a decent meal. The restaurant had a water feature near the front of the space, a fountain reminiscent of classic Italian architecture... which he assumed was Roman? He stared into the water until a familiar figure appeared in the reflection. She startled him, like she always did, but Nate knew the image of Rán's head next to his was something only he could see. The goddess' neck craned unnaturally, as she was wont to do, and her lips moved close to his ear. She had message which Nate received, until the maitre d' called for the librarian. Nate glanced away toward the man, then back to the water - Rán's face and long black hair gone. Nathaniel shook off the visit, dropped Eva's name, then was quickly led back to the private room. He entered, already outnumbered by Silverclouds and introduced himself. "Good evening, Mr. Silvercloud. My name is Nathaniel Zale and I'm glad to finally meet you," Nate said then looked to Eva to gauge her reaction.
"That seemed painful," Forge commented on the interesting looking magic librarian. "And don't call me, Mr. Silvercloud. It's what the oppressors called my father. Sit and talk fast. I'm hungry." Jon added wondering if he could get some breadsticks or if he'd have to wait for the fancy bread and cheese plate.
