"They're yours," her legs. Brayden? Of course. Of all the children, the union would no doubt mean the most to him. Besides, he was Nate's emotional support animal. "He knows," she said after a quick moment of maternal!powers connection with the boy. "He's... already changing clothes," the queen laughed and then allowed herself to be reined in. "Yes sir," she cooed, looking straight back at Nate's smile with one of her own.
They appeared before the Allfather where he was lingering in his own study, a conveniently quiet place. She'd let Brayden walk, she thought with a smirk. That way they'd have a few moments alone with Thor. Standing opposite the King of Asgard, beside Nate, Zap looked to her husband with a smile of serenity and encouragement. It had only been half an hour or so since she'd left him in her dressing room. "Ready?" she asked him, the binding rope already magically within his hands. "We can bring in Hildy..." she said, with hopes of sounding considerate and not doubtful. Eva's chest was suddenly heaving with nervous energy. Nearly forty years of singlehood, then two weddings in the same year. Was she insane? Arguably, but probably not for this exact instance.
"I love you both so much," the queen confided, brow knitted at the center and tears of gladness in her eyes.
