Re: Lèse-Majesté | 4-24-2019 | Evening "You are so very important to me and I’ve frankly been avoiding..."
Her? No. He'd been surprisingly available.
"I haven't behaved worthy of my titles, with you or Eva. I have much too much work to do within my marriage before I could... even consider asking anything so forward of you."
Her head tilted to the side in consideration of what Thor was getting at. Honestly, she had no idea what had happened precisely between king and queen, and it wasn't her place to ask, so she gave the ruler a nod of understanding and patience; acceptance. For now. She smirked at Thor, "I've ridden on horseback toward you too many times to retreat now," the goddess confirmed, then touched his hand on her shoulder and gave him an earnest smile when he mentioned his need of friendship. "Of course, my friend."
Her hand fell back to her side slowly when someone called out to her. Baldr. She inclined her head to him when he bowed, then turned to face the younger Odinson and away from the king. "You are not," she told the prince, of intrusion. Sif quirked an eyebrow at the mystery Baldr had dangled before her. A vague curiosity about her plans. He went on, and she grinned fully. "You require my... expertise?" she partly teased. He was respectful of her time, however, but Thor soon excused himself from the equation by way of self-pity, but she knew at least in part the king was jesting. Her focus returned fully to Baldr: "I would enjoy assisting his highness." So she was feeling a bit cheeky. "This one is a lost cause," the warrior said liberally of the king. "Please, lead the way," she asked of Baldr, unsure if they were headed to his chambers, the armory, the vault... She would've been glad to be any of those places as soon as possible.
