Re: Burn, baby! Burn!
Thea and Loki had entered near the end of Hilde's announcement. She listened to the darker woman and she felt her stomach drop to the floor at her words. The Warrior's Three entered to an uproarious applause, but all Thea could do was stand there, clutching Loki's arm, hard. Sif had gone up and hugged the three and she felt her heart pounding.
She wasn't aware of it, but tears were flowing down her cheeks as her father made his way towards her with determined strides. Loki had moved away from her and Thea wrapped her arms around Fandral and held him tightly. She took in the smell of him and only then did it all become real. "Father, I've missed you so much," she sniffled into his shoulder. "So much has happened..." she trailed off, laughing.
Thea laid out a brief account of the goings on of the last six months; goddesshood/Sigyn's basin, delivering the queen's babies. She did not mention what had just happened with Loki, however. No.
"I am so happy to see you," she sighed. "I never thought I would again."
