Re: Why worry?
The fairer haired man in the room floated away and Zap quirked an eyebrow and turned to look at Nate with a smirk. She gave him a look over approval that read 'I see you' and also 'thanks'. She was still getting used to Nate's advanced abilities and new tricks. Though, he'd taken the route she'd intended - magical forklift.
When he joined her at the cribside, Zap's eyes were transfixed on the sleeping little girl who was wrapped like a burrito in a hat. "Mothers don't have favorites," she countered, by way of pleading the fifth instead of agreeing with Nate, but her smirk had melted into a fond smile that said she agreed. The queen turned her head slowly to the side and looked up at the god standing next to her. "Are you as tired of waiting as I am?" It had been days, which translated into (healing) weeks for her recovery. Needless to say, her physical love life had been lacking.
So, feeling well enough, and riding a baby-viewing high, Zap's clothes disappeared and she turned after tugging Nate's sleeve cuff once and began to walk toward the bathroom she shared with Thor. "Care for a dip?" She didn't look back. "You can read me your lists," she added as she crossed the threshold as if that was a bonus enticement for the darkness wielder. It might've been, actually.
