Thea's eyes crinkled in amusement at Loki's jesting. He did have a knack for finding humor in the darkest of situations. She took a sip of wine as he spoke of the newest member of the pantheon. "I am glad." She knew the trial she had to go through to gain her own goddesshood wasn't the same as what Nathaniel must have gone through. Thea shuddered at the thought.
"I am confident in the abilities of those who were chosen." Having hope was one of Thea's strong suits. Especially for a mission such as that one. Her eyebrows rose as he questioned his faith in Nate. "Why is that?" she asked, taking another drink. "You do not think he will do well?" Helheim needed a ruler and Nate (and Eva, in kind) had elected to take it on. From what she'd seen, the Midgardian was rather knowledgeable and skilled in his field.
