"Hello, by the way," the God of Mischief suddenly recalled his manners, realizing Thea's surprise at his presence. His face reflected the relief he felt at the confirmation of Thor's almost-ravings. "Good." His shoulders relaxed a bit and then he stepped to the side in case Thea needed to depart - for duty or rest.
"I am glad it went well. Thor just ventured forth, I'm sure you crossed paths," he smirked after his brother. "You did him a service by removing him." Yes, they were all tired, he noted. "You have no doubt earned a good rest, then." Sleep for all involved, he'd wager. Excluding the odd relatives that were wandering about waiting for a chance to hold the new baby girl. Speaking of which...
"I would like to meet her; see her at least," he sighed. "When the time is right, of course." He'd still only held Torben once... and that had been last week, for Odin's sake. Baldr carried the lad around now whenever he liked. "Do you think they will be up for visitors tomorrow?" His eyes pled for a positive response, some encouragement perhaps. Hope? Meh. Why was he being such a... He wasn't. These were proper, normal feelings... Loki, son of Odin, was just not accustomed to paying them any mind, let alone acting on them.
