Re: Let 'em say we're crazy!
He was mumbling and talking faster than normal, Nat thought while she answered 'Mmmmhmmm' to most of Bruce's incomplete sentences. When Black Widow finally arose, she sat up in their shared bed and didn't allow her eyelids to entirely open. "What time is it?" she wondered idly, visibly annoyed by the amount of light entering the bedroom.
Natasha pulled her cropped hair out of her face and Bruce's adorably worried mug came into focus. She paused for a moment of critical thinking, then pressed her palm against his face and pushed him away. "You're so dumb," she affectionately shared then swung her legs over the side of the bed. Natasha stood and squished her toes into the extra soft carpet for a moment, smiled a secret smile Bruce would never see, then gracefully walked away from Banner.
She returned from the bathroom, face once again set to 'neutral if not slightly annoyed' (her jam) then fell against the her comforter. "Do you think if she asked the Hulk a question and he said 'smash', she'd just do it?" she asked entirely making fun of Banner. "And did you imagine Hulk in a smart business suit with a power-point presentation that just said 'smash' in several different fonts? Because I did," she shared then pondered her daydream a little longer. "Huge neck tie," she cooed with her eyes closed and her relatively fabric free backside dangerously exposed to Banner.
