Then, he tried to be dramatic, interrupting her stream of emotion and to no climax at all. Her mouth pursed and Sif's shoulders drooped to reflect her deflated ego and emotions. She couldn't consider 'hope', at the moment. There was no room for it in her bruised heart. Later, perhaps...
