Re: Hope smiles from the threshold of the year to come, whispering, 'It will be happier.'
Steady Nate. The dark elf blinked and even paused his rubs momentarily. He froze then tried to pretend he'd been here before. "I... love you," Nathaniel confirmed, out loud, for the first time ever. The emotion wasn't recent, but their vocalization was. His eyes watched Eva while she rested and his brain finally remembered to continue his massage.
"Cheated isn't quite the right..." word? Emotion? Nate pondered what Zap had said, though his mind was slowed by the warmth and comfort inside her bed. "I'm greedy," Nathaniel admitted without being coy on the subject. "Also selfishly prudent," he explained in their hushed midday nap voices. "The rest of them will have you for a millennia, my window is decidedly smaller," the mortal said as he explained things he didn't need to explain. "But as you can tell, I won't be denied," Nate informed her with a nip on her nose then a smirk against her forehead. "I like this too."
