Re: ...like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written.
But... warmth and walls and quiet...
Thea had a way about her that made Zap want to follow orders though. Sigh. Maybe it was her Mary Poppins not-so-tough love vibe. She would relent... "Hello, Thea," Eva said, finally. She hadn't seen the healer yet that morning, but the jig was up. She opened her mouth to argue about isolation but thought better of it and shut it before moving to stand, feeling her robe come around her in a hug that was probably some of Thea's vibe and less Zap's imagination. Mm, robe hug.
Eva turned and closed the thing, then looked at Thea properly. "So a nap, you're saying, would be better?" Less hot, less prone to a drowning whoopsie. She got it. Zap smiled, finally, realizing that the blonde had probably had enough of her shenanigans. She hadn't felt herself in days... but it was most likely not pregnancy related (something they'd looked into thoroughly). The baby was growing at the pace of a regular gestational week in one day, however, so it was a bit draining. Torben's growth had been on Midgard, primarily, and therefore (apparently) much slower.
"Thank you for saving me from myself," the queen told her friend. "You were a goddess before the bestowal," the Native praised the healer. "Do you want to come and talk while I find something non-sparkly to wear?"
