Re: New phone, who dis? "Your real eye is missing."
"Yesss," Thor answered, the fact eluded him most days. "I lost it in a battle with Hela the Goddess of Death who was also my sister," he explained, though she might have known that. "But Eva actually made this one," he pointed with pride - she was so talented.
"So soon?"
"Well, yes. The oldest boy is Eva's, from before, but we also have a son and she's expecting our first daughter now," he clarified. "She's the Goddess of Magic and Motherhood," so... you know.
"I shall love to meet them, all of them, but I fear that you've done me in."
Right, too much too soon. Thor cursed himself for getting carried away. But he couldn't help himself, Sif was back and alive. She mentioned Baldr and the Allfather discovered another reason to praise his wife. Pride swelled in the king's chest, another piece of Asgard restored by his queen.
"Of course," he assured her, then lifted himself from the bed. He stood for a moment and simply admired Lady Sif and her presence in Vernal Asgard. "Once you have healed, we will have a celebration and we will bring that statue down," he promised her from her bedside. "Because it will not be needed for a very long time," he squeezed her hand one more time before she shooed him for her room.
