Re: Halt! Who are you?
"Yes, I understand that but..." Thor struggled from his throne with the man who stood before him, whose problem was unique. "Can't you just, get another sheep?" The king reasoned with the man who arrived with the grievance. Thor then glanced to his bother Loki, who'd chosen to stand at Thor's side, with a slightly perplexed expression.
Desperate for a way out of this rather boring situation, the Allfather felt a great deal of relief when Heimdall's deep, soothing telepathic presence entered his mind. Until that was, Thor deciphered the message.
Thor Odinson rose from his throne and paid no mind to the man who was still, somehow, speaking. "Shut up," he instructed, then turned only his head toward Loki. "I'm needed on the Bifröst, summon Thea," he told his brother and without further explanation the God of Thunder took several purposeful strides toward the nearest throne room outlook and leapt from the palace. Thor commanded the winds of Asgard to carry him aloft, while an otherwise clear sky was invaded but the rapidly developed thunderhead to his rear. He landed not far from Heimdall and quickly closed the distance between them. Thor's face was in shock, the Mighty Sif laid broken and beaten within Heimdall's arms and the Allfather lessened his friend's burden. "Where?" he asked Heimdall after the transfer of Sif was complete, and his feet began the journey back to the palace and hopefully to the Goddess of Healing.
