Re: Far-off thunder... Eva sat beside the king upon their thrones as they discussed and mulled over last minute details for the closing festivities of Jol that night. Different courtiers from different areas of expertise had stopped and chatted, getting stamps of approval and occasionally knock their socks off with brilliant ideas that Zap had come to be less and less surprised by within the Asgardian community. She was already dressed, despite Tress' grumbling. Her chin rose with great interest when Strange appeared, and Thor had leaned forward to listen more closely. Her eyes flicked toward Frankie, one of their council members, then back to Dr. Strange.
"Hello, doctor," she said with a small smile, sensing something was amiss. Frankie had given them a 'Strange is on his w-!' before he'd arrived, so it wasn't a complete surprise that he'd joined them. "Thank you," Eva told him, sincerely. Then he mentioned the bad place... she grumbled deep her throat with involuntary protest and looked to Thor to respond more eloquently. Her heart and mind were still weary from following Frigga's tragic breadcrumbs.
