Re: Contentment is the greatest wealth.
Baldr felt of rush of color appear on his cheeks when Eva commented on his improved complexion. He smiled and offered his sister-in-law a half hug to accommodat his nephew under her shawl. "Perhaps," the man who stood slightly shorter than Eva (when her heels were on) answered her question about a niche. "I speak up when I need to," he assured her, because their family dinners had no shortage of people with very loud opinions.
"The prince looks well," Baldr added, the bit of Torben which was visible did indeed look well. After a moment to allow Eva the time to settle and get comfortable with the young prince, he spoke again. "Actually, I've become a regular at this pub in the market. Run by the most engaging Midguardian," he explained and assumed Eva might have known the place. "And I started to venture into the library," Baldr tacked on, almost as an afterthought. "I spoke to Lady Rhiannon the other day during her Jól visit, but I don't think it went well; she acted as though I wasn't even there." He supposed she'd had a trying time, lately. "She probably had very much on her mind."
