Re: Boi-oi-oing.
Heimdall, master of the Bifrost that he was, had retrieved Thea/Minor from the depths of Helheim and simultaneous dispatched another. Who had politely waved toward the newly imbued goddess when they soared past each other on the rainbow bridge.
The newcomer's boots touched the ground with a muted thud and he quietly dropped from the upper level of the cavern to Loki's embattled side. "Daddy's here," the Allfather informed all parties with a smirk and a wink toward his brother. What did you hear?
"Surtur!" Thor addressed the flaming demon as though he'd missed the big ash-hole. "You're welcome, by the way. We really helped you out on the Great Prophecy thing," Ragnarok and the destruction of Asgard. "And, believe, me no hard feelings about our sister," Thor confirmed, just in case Surtur was worried about any lingering awkwardness.
"As long as Asgard lives I will not rest until I see its destruction!" Surtur bellowed and the flames around him intensified. "Do not allow the sons of Asgard to-" Surtur's command was disrupted by the blunt end of Stormbreaker against his skeletal mandible.
Thor glanced toward Loki and made a talking gesture with his hand in lieu of an apology for ending the conversation. The King's back then pressed against his brother's when the worst of the worst souls had begun to descend on them. "Dad really let this place go."
