Re: Boi-oi-oing.
"Yes," Thea said in response to his commands. She wasn't going to argue with him. He knew more than she about this place. Her dark eyes looked to Minor and she urged him in quiet tones to stay close. The blonde wasn't sure whether Zap's mind was residing in him at the moment, but she gave him a small, but reassuring smile.
She followed the slim form of Loki, keeping her eyes peeled for danger. Once again, she was thankful that the bear glowed as it did. Of course, there was the risk of Minor drawing unwanted attention to them, and that would not bode well. They walked for several minutes, making their way around the castle. Her ears picked up a hoarse laugh and she resisted the urge to grab onto Loki's arm. She would't reveal how uncomfortable she really was.
"Well," said a voice from beside her. From the way it sounded, it was the man who'd laughed a few moments before. "Looks like we've got some live 'uns here." The bear moved before Thea could react. It swiped a massive paw at the man and knocked him aside. These people were already dead, so they couldn't die again. That man did not look old or sick. Had he escaped from one of the other levels? That thought made her extremely uneasy.
A moment later, she felt an arm encircle her waist and she was pulled roughly backwards against another man's chest. She moved instinctively and quickly, throwing an elbow into his stomach. With her newly increased strength, it knocked the man back and she delivered a right hook to his jaw, effectively knocking him to the ground. She removed her knife from it's sheath, silently cursing herself for not doing so sooner.
