Re: Of course, when I say 'we', I mean 'you'.
Oh for fuck's sake. "I can understand his concerns," the mischief-maker expressed after the 'pleasantries' had quickly come and gone. "Why Thea, if I may ask? Why not Skadi or someone with battle experience, some..." hm, "strategic cunning?"
Eva blinked. "I'm pregnant again, and Thea is a healer and a great friend to me," and the realms.
Wha... He was silent a moment, dumbfounded and a tad bit annoyed. "I should say the 'Allfather' is more than concerned. I'm a bit surprised he hasn't forbidden it."
"He tried," she smirked.
"Yes, you're quite headstrong, I know." Well then. "I suppose you should look out for those with black hands. They're the ones who did many misdeeds in their living days and have apparently overrun all levels of the realm. They would, in my opinion, be untrustworthy."
"Okay, I'll make sure to warn Thea. We'll be on the lookout." Eva smiled.
"When do you take your leave? I will consider any other information I'm aware of that might be of use to you in the meanwhile," Loki said, doing his very best to be gracious to the foolhardy woman before him.
"Tonight."
"Thea isn't a goddess."
"We intend to remedy that," Eva explained.
"So... a healing deity and the queen of Asgard marching into Hel with an unborn royal baby?"
"That's the plan," she smirked and patted Loki's pointy shoulder to show he'd done a good job of following along.
