Re: Bringing those new musings... "Stealing the memories, storing them, would be much simpler than destroying them entirely." Thievery was usually less destructive than killing; from both a magical standpoint and otherwise. And he was up again. Eva readjusted on her butt, remaining seated. He'd brushed aside her proposal. Wait, there it was. Flat out disagreement. "Don't call them that," she told Nate. She'd tried it, hadn't liked it, and didn't want other people to perpetuate it. Stupid Jimmy and Troy. Anyway. "So ripping someone from their body would be easier than just letting me go there?" she teased, a bit.
The queen sighed, accepting temporary defeat in her adviser. Someone more anonymous. She knew a few people who would dive into danger just for the thrill of it, and a few others who would volunteer just because they knew they'd survive in the place of another. If they had the right conditions, she was sure the court (medical staff included) could undertake what Nathaniel was suggesting. "W-" we can talk to the doctors. He mentioned her crown. "Thank you," Zap said, feeling a twinge of weirdness that someone had outright drawn attention to it. But that was the point of the thing, she supposed, to be seen. "It matched the outfit," she explained jokingly to Caltrops of her ring. The stone was carbuncle, a historically magic-tied material. Jimmy's blade was made of it. There were supposed properties of healing and connection and light within the gems. She wore it regularly now.
"I'll talk to Thor, and most definitely to Loki, and maybe we can figure out if there's even an artifact like this." She felt a little lacking, in the magical goddess department, admittedly. She always had questions and occasionally had answers. But her godhood was new and her magical abilities weren't much older. "Thank you for it; the ring." It sort of tied Nate into the siblinghood between her, Jimmy and Troy. "I wish it could harness magical osmosis," Zap jested. Picking up the bits and pieces of knowledge and ability she found missing would be a lot easier that way. Eva didn't mind the work, putting in the effort - it was a matter of time for the new wife, mother, queen, and goddess. Zap stood, finally. "Get outta here, you're going to burst at the seams."
