"This is Baldr." Zap's eyes shifted away from the dark-haired man toward her husband at his disregard for formalities concerning his could-be sibling. She smiled though when her head turned back again. "Call me Eva," the mystic said. Thor interrupted again, during Baldr's apology and she gently shook her head with disapproval but smirked, because he'd been complimenting her, after all. Her smile widened and she squeezed Thor's arm, then bowed to Baldr after releasing Thor. "You haven't spoiled anything, the wedding itself is complete. If you are who you say you are, you should have been here all along. But thank you," for the compliment that was.
Eva's eyebrows rose when he began his list of demands, open to his requests, but honestly a little surprised that he'd gotten right into discussing terms. He was proving himself to be a son of Odin more and more by each minute. "If you summon the sword, and wield the sword, and overpowered my counterparts," from what she'd gathered, "I think the sword should be returned to you - soon." Facts would need to be unearthed, answers found. Her eyes met with Thor's at his 'no' answer, but she'd stated her opinion anyway. Her hand went out to the blond man beside her and she held fast to him.
"We should have a meeting of the council," and Baldr, concerning all of the facts and figures. "There must be an explanation behind this shroud," she reasoned, and looked to Thor for his feedback on her thoughts. But then, she had a brief break in eye contact when a detail struck her. "Odin sent his daughter Hela, his firstborn, to a solitary prison when she became too bloodthirsty and reckless, and her recent release brought about the destruction of Asgard proper. I hope this information helps you better understand our apprehension." At that, Eva moved forward and took Baldr's hand. "Please grant us your patience; it sounds like you've been through quite a lot as well." She withdrew her hand and turned to Thor, eyes telling him they needed to speak alone as soon as possible.
