The pre-ceremony jitters were low, Thor felt with confidence as he slowly dressed for his wedding. The entire affair was merely a formality to the All-father, who had considered himself married to Eva since their time on Midgard. However, the people demanded a royal wedding and who was the newly crowned King Thor to deny his people their distractions? "Thank you... both of you." The Asgardian spoke after he found Jimmy's face in the mirror both men stood before. Thor assumed Troy had heard him as well, from the chaise the Native had decided to lounge on. The pair of Eva's most trusted had been indispensable to Thor during the preparation. "I can't tell you how much I... does this suit need something else?" Thor paused his praise while he inspected his clothes.
"Sword," Jimmy said, eyes fixated on the palace window, not the thunder god.
"A sword?" Thor modeled a bit and tried to picture his tux with a weapon attached. "No... but something."
"Nah, King-brah," Jimmy gestured to the window in time for Thor to see the glittery weapon fly from the palace.
"Huh, sword." Thor realized, then turned to leave his bedroom. "Warriors two!" he called for the Natives to follow.
Once in the armory, Thor quickly discovered which weapon had... escaped and he pointed toward the empty display. "That is one of Odin's swords," he explained, voice more alarmed than earlier. "He wore it constantly, second only to his spear... and only the All-father should be able to summon it." Thor extended his arm, closed his eyes, and concentrated.
A second passed and Jimmy exchanged a glance with Troy. "Did it work?"
"No," Thor confirmed then sighed. "Warriors two, find Heimdall. He should know the weapon's location. Travel there and discover what has happen to my father's sword. I'd go... but I can't risk leaving this soon before the wedding." He'd decided. "Report back as soon as you know anything, but..."
"Don't tell Zap?" Jimmy guessed.
"We will tell her when there is something to tell." Thor clarified.
