Zap / Colossus | 9-27-2017 Zap hadn't cooked for him in more than a week. Pumpkin pecan waffles seemed to be a fitting way of saying 'sorry I spazzed out, pushed you away, got sick and then took you back in the middle of the night because I was needy af'. Eva had been up since 4 am toying with different recipes, and finally, she'd gotten a batch that looked, tasted, smelled and felt (yes, felt) good. She hauled the lot, including juice, coffee, toast, bacon, eggs and some other random, ass-kissy items, all the way upstairs to her in-mansion room where Piotr had returned to in the wee hours. She watched the sleeping giant for a few moments and sighed with contentment and also to help ease her own tension.
"Good morning," she cooed and mentally turned the bedside lamps on 'dim'. She placed the tray on the bed, but far enough away so he wouldn't accidentally knock it over as he woke. "Thank you for being such a good boyfriend last night. Actions speak louder than words, I'm told..." She gestured to the tray and gave Piotr a warm smile.
